Our Monthly program includes management of weight loss treatments and medication prescribed by a licensed practitioner. Weight loss medication is not included in this management fee and will be filled by a licensed Pharmacy and charged separately. The practitioner will determine during the in person consultation whether or not the patient qualifies for the weight loss treatment.
