Since none of our services are shipped or delivered, there is nothing to return, so we do not have a return policy.

Every patient or customer must schedule an appointment with our clinic and  come in for a face to face consult with our licensed practitioners before their service or product is provided.,

Additional non-returnable items: 

- Gift cards 
- All services provided  
- All health and personal care items 

Refunds (if applicable)

If at the time of the face-face consult the licensed practitioner decides that you are not in need of the service or product a full refund will be given

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

During the consult if the licensed practitioner recommends a different service or product then the service purchased it can be exchanged for what was recommend.  


None of our service or products are shipped by Preventative Medical Clinic. All patients must have a face-to-face consult with a licensed practitioner. All services and products are provided by a licensed practitioner and all prescriptions are filled by a licensed pharmacy.
